Hamid Taeb
Owner/Director of CenturyLand
Development Corp., a residential building and development
company. He served as the Northern California Director
of Boulevard Development for ten years, where he developed
and built over 250 Bay Area homes. Previously, he worked
for Chicago Development for nine years. He has served as
a Board Member for three development companies and various
home owners associations. His MA in Architecture and Urban
Planning and BA in Environmental Design are both from University
of Illinois, Chicago. Additionally, he has been married
for thirteen years; his wife, Mojgan, and two children
ages 10 and 11 all utilize and volunteer at Persian Center. |

Shahin
Tabrizi
CFO of
Persian Center, is the Certified Public Accountant, Vice
President, and Chief Financial Officer of Black Mountain
Spring Water, the largest independent bottle water company
in the nation with over 60,000 customers. He has extensive
auditing and consulting experience with Deloitte and Touche,
a Big 5 accounting firm, and he received an MBA from Rutgers
University. Additionally, he has served as President of Society
of Iranian Professionals from 1988 through 1989, a Board
Member of the United Nations Resource Center in 1998, and
on the Board of Directors of the United Nations Association-USA,
Silicon Valley Chapter. Also, he has extensive experience
with community and organizational development, outreach activities,
fundraising, and special event planning. |

Niloofar Mohtasham-Nouri
President of
Persian Center, is a Principal of Corporate Development
Partners, a management consulting firm. She has over
seven years experience with high tech semiconductor,
software, and internet firms in Silicon Valley in
the areas of systems and organizational development,
quality assurance, quality systems implementation,
and strategic planning. She received a Masters in Industrial
Engineering/Operations Research and a BA in both Mathematics
and Near Eastern Studies, all from UC Berkeley. Additionally,
she was a Lecturer at Cal State Hayward, President
of Society of Iranian Professionals from 1997 through
1998, Vice President from 1996 through 1997, and Founder
and President of Iranian Students Cultural Organization
from 1988 through 1989. She has extensive experience
in cultural event planning, organizing fundraising
events, and grant writing. She authored "Iranians and Immigration," which
was commissioned by the Zellerbach Foundation for
K-12 Californian public schools. |

Niosha
Nafei
Niosha
Nafei Jamali has a BA in psychology from the University
of California Santa Cruz. A former Miss Iran, Niosha established Niosha
Dance Academy in 1991, and has taught the art of
dancing to over 1000 students and put on many dance
shows andperfomrances throughout the Us and the Bay
Area. She has performed in variety of International & Cultural
events. Niosha has been an active volunteer for Persian
Center for the past 6 years. Niosha's experience also
includes acting as an officer (1998-99) as well as
a volunteer for the Society of Iranian Professionals.
Niosha is married and has 3 sons. Her goal as one of
the board of directors is to ensure that Persian art,
music and dance remains alive and well in Northern
California. Her passion is being involved in event
planning and fundraising for a stronger Persian community.
Being a cancer survivor she is determined to put on
fantastic shows and raise money for cancer patients
and raising awareness in Persian community to help
finding a cure. |

Mandana
Alizadeh Baradar
Mandana is a Market Research Analyst at Varian Medical Systems with over 25 years of experience with Biotech, Pharmaceutical firms and Medical Devices in the Bay Area focusing on Pharmaceutical Research and Development, project management and marketing. She received her Masters of Business Administration in Marketing from University of Phoenix and her Bachelor's of Science in Chemistry from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Mandana is passionate about strenghtening the sense of trust, and teamwork in Persian Community in the Bay Area and around the world. She believes in the creation and necessity of having a stronger Persian Center in the Bay area for our children and future generation to come.
Mandana has been an active member of the Persian community for the past 25 years. Her community involvement began with the Society of Iranian Professionals (SIP) in 1984 where she was a volunteer in the Iranian Support Committee addressing the needs of Iranians in the Bay Area. In 1993, she was among the first volunteers and founding members of the Persian Center. She continued by helping in the organization and establishment ofPersian language classes for children at the Persian Center in the Redwood City office. As a board member, she has been involved in the fundraising efforts in the purchase and pay-off of Persian Center in Berkeley, partnerships with other Persian businesses and community efforts.
Mandana is married and has two sons. Her family has always been supportive of Persian Center activities by acknowledging Persian Center as a premier Iranian cultural organization in the Northern California.
